I’ve been making cottage cheese chip dip - Knudsen 4% cottage cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and Tabasco sauce - it seems like, forever.

But I can’t anymore.

I keep hoping it will improve, actually return to how it was would be more accurate.

But it doesn’t.

It’s runny, it’s watery, it just isn’t very good anymore.

A great product ruined.

More’s the pity.

exactly what had been thinking for year it was cool soft dry to hard to explain but perfect and now it slimy and runny the 80 had the best recipe
